Theresa A., BSN, RNFA, ORRN

Theresa came to O.R. Staffing Solutions with over 20 years of experience in the operating room. In addition to her ability to scrub and circulate surgical cases in general, robotics, orthopedics, neurology and CVOR she also holds the CNOR certification and is a Registered Nurse First Assistant (RNFA). Theresa has leadership, charge nurse and level 1 trauma experience proving she knows how to stay calm under pressure while staying focused on safe patient outcomes. Although she has been on contract for most of her time with O.R. Staffing Solutions she doesn’t hesitate to jump in on the outpatient per diem side when she is in between assignments.

Theresa has been with O.R. Staffing Solutions for over 8 years and has helped care for surgical patients all over the Chicagoland area. She is extremely reliable and touches base often to ensure clear communication with our team and keeps her credentials up to date. This year Theresa attended the annual AORN conference in Nashville, TN and plans to share her experience with us for a future newsletter.
