We are proud to recognize Karen B., CST, as our current Employee of the Quarter. Since joining O.R. Staffing Solutions, Karen has demonstrated exceptional skill and dedication in her role as a Certified Surgical Technologist. She is currently on an inpatient hospital contract and has proven herself to be reliable, and knowledgeable across a wide range of surgical specialties, including general surgery, ENT, endoscopy, ophthalmology, gynecology, and plastics.

Karen’s commitment to the surgical team, her preparedness, and her competence in handling critical situations throughout various procedures have significantly contributed to successful patient outcomes. Karen's Level 1 trauma experience and her background in both agency and staff positions have helped to hone her skills as well as give her a well-rounded advantage enhanced by her bilingual abilities in English and Spanish.

We commend Karen for her outstanding contributions and dedication to excellence. She has a near perfect attendance record and her professionalism and expertise make her an asset to our team, we are lucky to have her.
